INSTRUCTIONAL AND PROCEDURAL STEPS TO ATTEND A RECOGNIZED ILLINOIS PUBLIC COMMUNITY COLLEGE UNDER THE CAREER CONSORTIUM AGREEMENT
1. A Career Consortium Agreement is an agreement between Illinois Community Colleges wherein a resident of one district may enroll in a specified career/technical educational program at another of the participating schools and be required to pay only the in-district tuition. This agreement shall be in force until a college decides to withdraw from the agreement.
2. Complete this application.
3. You will be notified by mail within 30 days regarding authorization. If approved, the Illinois Community College will also receive a letter of authorization.
4. Once approved, this authorization is valid for the entire duration of this program of studies only; it does not provide authorization if you subsequenlty change your program of studies. You must provide the Vice President of Student Development at Sandburg a copy of your class schedule 30 days prior to each semester. Failure to provide schedule may result in termination from this agreement.
